We want you to be completely satisfied with your Big Green Egg purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like charcoal and wood chunks are final sale for safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
